Therefore, I am professional, presentable and personable when interacting with borrowers and clients. I arrive to each signing on time. If there is a delay I will ensure all parties are aware.

I am knowledgeable and familiar with documents to give general descriptions and guide clients through the process.

Missed dates, initials, signatures or stamps cause delays and can be costly to all parties involved. I will thoroughly go through the documents to ensure that they are properly filled out (especially the Notice of Rights to Cancel and 1003).
