Erich’s passion for Real Estate and personal wealth management percolated as a side interest over his five plus years of working a full-time job in the Bay Area’s burgeoning GreenTech industry. Researching real estate deals while either on tour, or travelling for work brought him to such places as New Mexico, Idaho & Nevada. In addition to a few top-notch mentors, his personal wealth management philosophies invoke the teachings of Robert Kiyosaki, Thomas Stanley, and Ramit Sethi. Nocturnally, he plays upright bass in a gigging band that recreates the sounds of 50’s era Afro-Columbian music. He is also fluent in Spanish, French and Bambara (Mali).
