I have been commissioned since November, 2021. I have taken 2 Loan Signing Courses, so I am well prepared to do the signings. I have a mentor, so, I am already familiar separating, and tagging the documents. I made sure to get all of the tools necessary to run my business. All notary supplies including a small notary stamp. I have 2 double tray printers (Brother 5200 and Brother 6200). I also made sure the purchase an Epson 400 Scanner. One of the courses I took was done through EZ Notary. With this course, it includes a, "cheat sheet" on the typical documents that are included in a package. So, I have the right guide to answer any questions I have during a signing.
