I am a professional Notary that works with Service Link, Title365, Bancserv,Notary Near You, and plenty of other companies. I am a full-time Notary always looking for a opportunity to prove my worth. I am available Monday thur Saturday, I will work Sunday when needed if I am available. I can print and be at a closing within the hour if it's in area, I have ton of experience and work well with all signers, first time, businesses , or elderly. I am patient with clients and don't overbook my days to insure that the signers never feel rushed signing important paperwork. I always prepare ahead of time and if I am running even 5 minutes late I contact signer as soon as possible to communicate that I am running and politely explain why. I always make shipping cut off times and when signers do have to reschedule for late evening appointment, I communicate with whoever gave me the signing to get clearance from Escrow to ship the next day and also to make sure,documents aren't date sensitive when rescheduling to next morning. I always grab Death Certificate, and Power of Attorney paperwork when needed and double check everything during the signing and when the signing is done, I triple check the paperwork before I leave the signing table. I understand that some signers may have just lost a love one or whatever so I always remain professional even when signers are rude or upset, in a rush or wanting to read every word of the documents. I am there to provide a service for the signer, hiring company,Escrow and the Lenders. I always read instructions and follow them exactly the way they are written.
