NNA trained and certified, I've been a notary public since 2013 and a Signing Agent since 2016. I consider myself one of the more "well seasoned" signing agents, having much experience with loan closings and can handle multiple appointments a day. In order to meet that demand, I like to keep my appointments within 20 miles of my home in Ontario, CA. Therefore, my coverage area is restricted to Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside county. I've assisted in numerous loan closings via Snapdocs and other sources for Refinances, Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, applications, Seller packages, and Home Equity Line of Credits. I am also very familiar with FHA and VA loans.
I'm a full time notary with my day consisting of "prior planned" appointments and if my schedule allows "asap" signings too. I meet with clients at their residence or a public place at their convenience.
