I have been a notary for around 6 months but have been an escrow assistant at Prominent Escrow Inc. for the last 2 years and have experience in resale's, REO’s, refinances, and 1031 exchanges. I work closely with realtors, buyers, sellers, lenders, vendors and title companies to ensure that every deal closes on time.
When it comes to being a Notary I am always on time for my signings and pay attention to every detail to ensure there will be no issues with the documents being signed and notarized when it gets to its destination. There is nothing more important then making sure docs are signed correctly with no mistakes and I have never had an issue with any signing that I have completed and have received nothing but praise from my clients for the good work I produce.
