I've been in the mortgage industry for the last 5 years. Staring in the docs department and then working my way up to being a Funder. One of the biggest delays in funding is the docs package not being signed correctly. Working as a mortgage Funder I know what's needed and will work diligently to complete each singing in a timely fashion, so that the docs package is return to the mortgage or escrow company as soon as possible.
