My priority is to have a successful and flawless signing for all parties involved.

I have created a checklist that I follow before and after each signing to catch and eliminate any errors. I know how important it is to not cause any funding conditions. Helping the client feel comfortable is important to me as I walk them through the loan documents, as well as making sure every document is filled out completely.

I cover all Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado
Counties. I am available to work weekends and late nights if needed.
