Work Experience: With over two decades of experience working alongside my husband, a seasoned Realtor with 24 years at Coldwell Banker | Global Luxury in San Francisco, I bring a deep understanding of real estate processes to my role as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA). Though, I realize that it is much more complex than the documents I've delt with of disclosures in Real Estate. My extensive knowledge of disclosures and real estate documents, coupled with my practical experience, is helpful in my work as a Notary Signing Agent.

I provide general notary work which includes Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths and Affirmations, Power of Attorney, Deed of Trusts, Trust Signings, Pension documents, Veterans Benefits, Health care, Title/Bill of Sale, Copy Certification by Document Custodian, Estate Planning, Land Documents, Real Estate and more.

I travel to hospitals, nursing homes, churches, libraries, private residences, local coffee shops, cafes and businesses.

Certifications & Training: I have successfully completed the Loan Signing Agent courses and Certification with both ezNotaryClass (Additionally where I completed my 6 hour Notary Public education) and the National Notary Association (NNA). Additionally, I have passed comprehensive background checks through both services, demonstrating my commitment to security and integrity in my work. I am continuing my education presently with Notary2Pro and Notary Stars in their Loan Signing Certification programs.

Transportation: I drive a 2024 Mercedes GLC300, which allows me to reliably and safely reach my clients on time, every time. I also maintain a clear DMV history, further ensuring my reliability.

Just for fun and fulfillment, I sing in the SF Byzantine Chant Choir and the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church Choir. I enjoy my family, especially my four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. I also enjoy the outdoors, gardening and fishing when I get a chance.
