Before becoming as NSA, I had worked with Citi Bank for over 16yrs as Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist and had relocated my residential from San Francisco in 3/77 to Riverside County. I had worked with Lennar as a Portfolio Loan Analyst as well becoming a Notary for the company from 3/77 to 11/11. After leaving Lennar, I committed myself as a fulltime NSA.
I have over 7years as NSA and renewed my Background Screened Signing Agent in 09/29/15. I had passed SPW training and Examination Requirements through NNA. I provide high level of confidentiality, professionalism, work ethic and attention to details. I have a strong knowledge and interpret real estate loan documents. I have over 7yrs experience as loan signer in purchase and refinance loans.
