I have been a California notary since 2004 and a Nevada notary since 2024, completing over 5,000 signings, including oaths and swearings-in. Additionally, I have extensive field inspection experience. This began in 2017 with FEMA and Vanguard during Hurricane Harvey, assessing property damage and completing reports for flood victims. More recently, I have handled commercial and residential inspections for Aspen and Leeway Field Services, and have previously completed orders for major lenders and asset management companies through FAR Inspection Services.
