I know how to walk borrowers through documents, and I know how to fill out forms such as a PCOR, NRTC, Statement of Information, and a Trust Certificate. I know how important it is to get documents scanned and to FedEx or UPS ASAP after the closing. I know how important it is not to make errors such as missing signatures or stamps. However, if a mistake should happen, I will drop everything and fix it ASAP, with a cheerful attitude for no extra fee.
