As a business professional from the legal field of 3 decades, I understand the importance of the notarization of documents and that documents must be completed and signed with extreme accuracy and great care. For the last 30+ years I have worked for law firms as a Legal Assistant and/or Office Administrator. I also worked as a Texas Notary Public for 10 years. While I am new as a California Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I have spent 6 months training and taking certification courses via the NNA and Notary Academy.

I am a member of the National Notary Association, Notary Academy, as well as Certified Loan Signing Agent through the NNA and Notary Academy.

I am always prepared and efficient. I have a laser printer with dual tray printing options as well as a mobile scanner convenient for scan backs.

I decided recently that I wanted to go out on my own as I truly enjoyed helping and working with people directly. Since I understand the importance of legal documentation, timing of document returns, and accuracy I felt that becoming a mobile notary was the right fit for me.

I love being a mobile notary, and take (unrequired) training courses to keep myself updated with current notarial laws (which can change annually). As many notaries public only take the required 4 year exam to keep their commission, and therefore are not up to date with current laws.

SERVICES include appointments within 60 minutes of contact, 24 hours of mobile notary services throughout Los Angeles County 7 days a week, courier, color printing, mailing, scanning and faxing.

FEES are based on the location and time of the notarization being performed and are negotiable.

The base travel fee for a Mobile Notary in Los Angeles during normal business hours is $55 (less than 10 miles).
In addition, each notarized signature is a fixed fee of $15

Wait Fees are $1.00 per minute for the first hour and $2.00 per minute for each hour thereafter. I offer a 15 minute grace period beginning at the appointment time.
