I started working for First American title in their commercial foreclosurer division in 2000. When the refi boom hit, they transferred me to residential title. From there I transferred into lending and became a office manager of a wholesale retail lending company. I got my notary commission in 2003, and I've held it ever since. I have the additional credential needed to do loan based documents for the new 2014 lender requirement. I do all kinds of notaries in addition to loan based. On average, I will do four loan based signings a week.

I primarily work in Pleasant Hill (94523), Walnut Creek (94596), Lafayette (94549), Martinez, Pacheco but will travel to others if I'm able to.
