I was a Notary previous from 2007 through 2014 before taking a break to pursue my career further as a Deputy Director for a Non Profit Organization that assisted Veterans with starting their own businesses. Previous to that venture I established myself in performing loan signings and prior to me becoming a Notary in 2007 I was a loan processor for a mortgage company, so I am familiar with the documents in the loan packages and have remained updated with the changes of the loan packages throughout the years. Most importantly I know the importance of time sensitivity in this business. I am a Spanish speaking Notary, Certified in Loan Signings. I serve the Yuba-Sutter Areas, I am available evenings and weekends but will accommodate other times and areas depending on my availability and/or the location. I also offer same day signings as long as I have the Docs at least 2 hours prior to the signing time. My fee is based on the type of loan signing and location (I will work with your fee structure).
