I have also invested in training myself with Loan Signing System and NSA Blueprint and I am knowledgeable and experience dealing with various loan documents. I am detail oriented and very much understand the process of presenting loan documents clearly and concisely for a smooth signing without rushing signers, and I respect the dignity of signers. I am dependable and reliable. I completed about 50 signings before I took ill in 2021 and I am building my signing business back. I serve Pomona, Diamond Bar, Clairmont, San Dimas, Walnut, Glendora. I am familiar with most of the loan documents which include Loan Modifications, Refinance, Buyer package, Seller package, Heloc. I am available fulltime to provide exceptional service Monday through Sunday.
