I have a 5 star rating with ZigSig, Premium Signing Services, and Premium Closing Solutions, plus many other signing companies. Finally, I pride myself on accuracy. I always review the Docs prior to going to a signing and if I have any questions about a particular form, I call the loan officer to confirm exactly how they want the Docs completed.
