You'll find me to be knowledgeable about loan documents and current notary law, attentive to detail, and responsive to your needs. Proficient in all aspects of Residential and Commercial transactions including but not limited to refi’s, purchases (buyer, seller, cash), short-sale transactions, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, commercial loans, and loan modifications. All FEDEX/UPS envelopes are dropped at staffed stations with a printed receipt collected.
I also have experience with commercial real estate documents such as estoppel agreements, commercial purchase & lease agreements, Fair Market Valuations, and more.

I can accept e-docs and have a 2016 Brother Laser dual tray printer that prints both letter and legal size papers.
