If there is an issue with the terms of the loan that your client is not happy with, or they have a question I am not authorized to answer, I will get you on the phone right away to help explain it to them. Otherwise, I do my part to clearly explain each document to the signers so that they are not confused. I also know how to guide signers through filling out forms such as the PCOR, Certification of Trust, Statement of Information, NRTC, and the 593. I quadruple check the documents to ensure nothing was missed. I am available 24/7 and I don't mind travelling for you. I have a dual tray laser printer as well as a high capacity scanner to scan your docs back to you. I know my FedEx cut off times and prioritize timely drops with each signing.
