I am a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, certified with the NNA and Mark Wills LSS training/certification. I am bonded and insured for a 100k E&O Policy. I generally serve Shasta County and any surrounding counties including Tehama, Siskiyou, and Trinity counties. (Travel fees may be applied.)

I have been a Notary Public for two years and a full time Loan Signing Agent for a year and a half. I have the confidence and knowledge to help close on a real estate transaction efficiently and smoothly. I have great attention to detail and will ensure that documents are properly executed and forms are filled out in it's entirety, such as the PCOR, Tax Exemptions, NORTC, Statement of Information, etc.

I can provide scan backs if required or needed. I also have an office that can be utilized for a place to sign in Redding, CA if preferred or necessary.
