I am familiar and comfortable with loan documents as I attended my clients signings 99 percent of the time. By attending the signings with my escrow officers I was able to learn from the best!

when representing the lender and escrow company. I have completed over 2000 signings in the last 4 years of my commission. I am "NNA Certified and Background Screened", NSA certified and Notary2Pro certified. I currently have $100,000 E&O Insurance. In addition I have been approved by Fidelity National Title.
