I am approved with Fidelity and Bankserv and have grown to become very knowledgeable in several types of closings, such as refinances, purchases, sellers packages, reverse mortgages, debt consolidations, HELOC's, loan modifications, construction loans, and single document signings. I am willing to travel up to 25 miles outside the Redding area to accommodate signers.
