After 23 years as a Mortgage Loan Agent, I have stepped away from originating loans and have become a Notary Public and a Certified Notary Signing Agent, so I can guide real estate and mortgage clients through the signing process. I have spent years attending my clients' loan signings, because too often, they are signing before a notary who is not familar enough with these important documents to make them feel comfortable. To me, signing real estate and loan documents is a huge milestone in this process and nearly the last step before the loan funds and/or a home is purchacsed or sold. I want to be the Notary Public who can put real estate and mortgage clients at ease and provide a stress-free signing experience.
