I am extremely experienced and knowledgeable with loan documents and have a reputation of delivering great customer service. Over the years I have won many awards for my Excellent Customer Service. My mortgage background experience includes 15 years with Citimortgage as a Loan Officer, 6 years with Bank of America as Loan Officer, two years as a Sr Loan Closer and my last 7 years with Bank of America as a Senior Loan Processor. In my last employment prior to retirement I worked with Loandepot.com as a Senior Loan Processor.

Having worked the full mortgage spectrum I know how important it is to close a loan timely and how essential the proper signing of the loan documents is in the home financing process.
