I am available for Loan Signing Appointments including Buyer and Seller Signings, Refi Signings, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC's, Loan Applications, Loan Modifications and Deeds of Trust. I also notarize many other types of documents including Living Trusts, Apostilles, Powers of Attorney, Employment Background Check applications and Out of Country Travel Authorizations. I meet with clients in Hospitals, Jails, Public Businesses, Homes and Offices. I always call the signer(s) within 1 hour upon receipt of the signing order to confirm the appointment date, time and location and just before the signing to let them know I am on the way. I am never late for an appointment as long as circumstances are under my control and I always communicate with the Signing Agency, Lender, Escrow Company, Title Company, etc. to keep them up-to-date on the signing. I make sure all forms in the Docs are filled out correctly, completed and signed and I always double and triple check all docs before leaving the appointment so I don't miss signatures and stamps that can cause delays. I always scan and/or ship docs as directed per the signing order and will always make right any mistakes no matter what is necessary to get it done.
