I was an escrow officer for 15 years with Alliance/Financial Title Companies. After they closed doors, I went to work from home with Chicago/Fidelity Companies drawing escrow documents for the Escrow Officers for three years, all the while doing accomodation signoffs on the side. I am now breaking out to only do accomodation signoffs. I do a lot of traveling down to the bay area, so I am willing to do signings in the Santa Clara County area also. I live in Roseville, CA, so I am good for all of Sacramento/Placer Counties are far as Butte County for signoffs.
