I take time to review each document; double checking that all signatures, initials, and dates are properly completed. All documents, such as Notice of Right to Cancel and Preliminary Change of Ownership, are checked multiple times for completion and accuracy.

Though few and far between, if mistake is made, I will make sure I handle it immediately.

I'm aware of sensitive time frames. After the signing is completed the documents will be returned on time, keeping in mind any FedEx drop off times.
