I have been a Notary since 1999 and have focused on Loan Signings since 2003. I started out training and being certified through the NNA, but have since stopped paying for their membership since I have 16 years of experience in loan signings and feel that all I am buying is their name. I have completed thousands of loan document signings over the years and have experience with refis, purchases, sales, reverse mortgages, lines of credit, and other miscellaneous related documents. I am a state employee by day, and do the majority of my notary work at night and on the weekends and holidays, when other working people need to sign documents. I am well educated, experienced, calm, and know how to keep people on track with their signings. I am prompt, flexible, thorough, and make certain everything is properly signed and initialed before I leave a client. I am looking forward to working with more clients.
