I return packages same day whenever possible, next day when it isn’t.

My thorough understanding of loan/escrow docs as well as the escrow process helps prevent post-signing phone calls. I do not "point and sign" - the signing party will understand exactly what they are signing, including the settlement statement. I understand very well that missed signatures, initials and incorrect notarization can lead to delays in COE, and that YOU ultimately are the person who will "take the heat" from your client! To avoid this, I take just 10-15 minutes after the signing to review the docs to be sure my signings are correct and complete.
