My background in technical support means uploading/downloading documents, printing, scanning/faxing documents, and utilizing multiple programs can be done with ease.

I have a dual tray Lexmark printer 40ppm and an Epson ES-580w auto feed scanner.

I have become familiar with loan documents such as refinance loans, reverse mortgages, purchase loans, and equity lands.

I follow directions well, and fully understand that as a Loan Signing Agent I am to provide a brief description of the loan documents, but am never to provide legal advice or my opinion during a signing.
