I am bonded, I carry 100k E&O insurance and I am GLBA compliant. I am available for signings 7 days a week in the Sacramento Metropolitan area.

As a representative of the State, I carry out all notarial duties with the utmost integrity, confidentiality and care. I understand my role is to be 1. An impartial witness to deter fraud and 2. Educated to guide signers through the loan docs to avoid costly errors that could result in a missed rate lock or escrow closing on time. I ensure all documents like the PCOR, the Notice of Right to Cancel, the Trust Certificate and the Statement of Information come back to you filled out correctly. I return docs promptly per instructions given and I can do Packaging or Split docs for Escrow Officers.

I wear a KN95 mask to all appointments and carry hand sanitizer and wipes.
