Hello, I have been a signing loan documents since 2007. I am familiar will all seller/buyer and refi documents for 1st/2nd/3rd loans, GD, DOT, ISGD, Death certs, Notices, payoffs, invoices and most importantly a buyer and seller's estimated closing statement as well as the lender's CD. I have experience in both the lender side and title/escrow process as a loan assistant, escrow assistant and escrow officer. I have processed and completed transactions from refi, re-sale, short sale and REO transactions and private lenders.
