I’ve been providing notarization/signing services for several online Loan Signing Agencies since fall of 2015 through which I’ve gained a wealth of hands-on experience with each signing. I’ve completed signings for more than 10 lenders and title companies through the listing services, including but not limited to; Wells Fargo, Bank of America, First American Title, Freedom Mortgage, Stewart Title and Provident Funding, as well as a few directly for local title companies and transactions for out of state properties.

I’ve gained experience with loan modifications, refinances, VA loans, Trusts and more. I’ve completed training and certification for HELOC loans and have provided notary services for a couple reverse mortgages.

I'm set up to accept electronic and overnight documents and have fax capabilities if necessary. . I’m looking forward to developing a working relationship with more companies to expand my business.

I recently renewed my membership with the National Notary Association and updated my background check and certification at that time. I carry $100,000 E & O coverage through Travelers Casualty and Surety Company.

I’m a long-time resident of the Sacramento area and am familiar with the area and its surrounding communities, large and small. I love this area and am happy to serve the Sacramento valley and foothill residents with their notarial needs.

I love to drive and am happy to travel anywhere in the greater Sacramento area, including the immediate surrounding counties, (weather permitting): Placer, Nevada, El Dorado, Yolo, Yuba, Sutter, Napa, Solano, Amador and Calaveras Counties. I’m happy to travel longer drives as time permits.
