I have been a notary for 20 years now. Of those 20 years, I have been a loan signing agent for 12 of them. I previously worked in the mortgage industry as an underwriting clerk and am extremely familiar with a wide variety of loan documents. I have successfully and error free completed thousands of loan signings throughout my career including buyer/seller packages, refinances, HELOC's, and loan modifications. I recently received my IPEN certification and have already completed a few closings using it. I am known for my excellent penmanship, keen attention to detail, high degree of professionalism, promptness, and excellent communication skills.

I have capability to print e-docs and send scans as I have a dual-tray laser printer and a high-capacity scanner. I am available Monday-Sunday anytime. I cover Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, and San Joaquin counties. I am a certified loan signing agent (National Notary Association) and also IPEN Nexsys certified. I also am an independent contractor for various major title companies including being direct Fidelity approved. and loan signing companies who use me on a regular basis. I am rated preferred and five stars with each of them. I carry 1Mil of both E&O and General Liability Insurance.
