All forms will be completed correctly including the PCOR, Patriot Act form, Right to Rescission, Deed paperwork, as well as any other forms and documents needed to close escrow. I do my best to put your clients’ needs first by running a mobile office equipped with a laser printer, scanner, and a signing table. I can meet your client at home or in a public setting, at a time that works with their schedule to ensure the signing is as seamless as possible.
