I serve the following counties and will drive up to 50 miles radius: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Yuba, Solano, San Joaquin. My extensive loan signing agent training makes me very knowledgeable and qualified to successfully guide customers through the process of signing loan documents. I understand how critically important it is to obtain all required signatures and initials, including filling out forms accurately and completely; forms such as a Notice of Right to Cancel, PCOR, Trust Certification, and Power of Attorney, just to name a few. I also have over 30 years experience working in healthcare which has provided me with a customer-centered, professional, detail oriented and thorough follow-through approach when interacting with clients.
