I have made provisions to be safe when signing documents for individuals outside of title offices: Individual pens have been provided to each client to keep after signing; several thump stamps have been added & cleaned each time, preventing multiple uses.

I have been a notary/signing agent for 15 years servicing counties of; Monterey, Santa Clara, San Benito, & Santa Cruz; which include the cities of: Salinas, Monterey, Marina, Seaside, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Gilroy, Hollister, Los Gatos, Campbell and San Jose. I do reside in Monterey County but I am willing to travel to serve your needs. I am registered with all Title Companies in the Counties/Cities listed. My commission includes $100,000 E&O insurance, which has never been used.

In addition, I am a trust signer for VanGuard Legal Group, PC. I am knowledgeable in notarizing all trust documents.
