I am open full-time to service borrowers' schedules and meet at their preferred location. I am meticulous, before leaving the borrower's presence, I check documents and confirm signatures and initials are provided on all required pages. I am confident in my trainings and abilities to complete loan packages. If I have any questions, I will ask questions to ensure clear understanding of special requests. For Spanish speaking clients, I do my best to support their experience and transaction by speaking in their native language.

If I make errors I will return to make corrections right away, without hesitation.
I'm very familiar with FedEx and UPS locations in my area and will ensure drop off times are met.
