I use a dual tray printer. I am willing to travel to San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles counties. I prefer not to do mountain areas Big Bear, and Lake Arrowhead areas. I have been performing a variety of Notarizations, and Signing Agent notarizations since the beginning of my Commission.
In 2025 I completed over 300 Notarizations, Mortgages documents for Buyer and Seller, Refinancing, Mortgage Adjustments, Reversed Mortgage, and Deed Trust (Inheritance, and Transfers).
