I have been in the mortgage industry for over 23 years on the closing side of lending. I have prepared loan docs and audited them for borrower execution and notarial acts. Obtaining all conditions needed by the underwriter for closing and handling large amounts of money while coordinating with the title company.

Paying attention to detail and communication with our borrowers/clients are a MUST in this filed/industry. Customer service is what I have and will continue to strive for to make this experience a safe and positive one for all parties! After all, we are all in this together!

I have been a notary many years ago and I have decided to be back on this side of things! Being in the mortgage industry on the closing side; gives me great knowledge of all the loan document meanings and specifications. I am able to point out which document will contain what and where information can be found!
