Seller’s- I specialize in sellers' packages and understand the time-sensitive nature of these transactions. Most of my signings, facilitated through signing services, have been in this area. I ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless signing experience for clients. Refinance - I have completed a few refinance signings and ensure lender-specific requirements are met, such as Wells Fargo's rule against signing trustee verbiage, to maintain accuracy and compliance. HELOC/Equity Loan- I handle HELOC and Equity Loan signings as a Notary Public, ensuring all documents are accurate, especially verifying the correct dates on the right to cancel form. This attention to detail helps avoid delays and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Reserve Mortgage - I haven't completed many of these but from my experience patience is a big key in doing these. As a Notary Public, I ensure the signer's ID matches the documents, review everything thoroughly before leaving, and double-check before scanning or mailing. I'm eager to gain experience with commercial loans, jail signings, and hospital signings. I live in 92130 I can only do signings 20-25 miles radius from this location.
