I'm a full-time loan signing agent, NNA and LSS certified ( Loan Signing System extensive course). I worked in customer service for over 10 years, with that being said, I pay attention to details, and understand the importance of time management. I understand that clients/borrowers are important and we handle their important loan documents respectfully with care. I am familiar with the many loan documents, just to name a few; purchase/selling, refinance, heloc, and reverse mortgage. I know to give brief description of the documents and direct where borrowers need to sign. I know that notarization to be done at the signing appointments. I understand to double/triple check the documents immediately after signing and go to the nearest FedEx/Ups facility to drop the docs off before the cut-off time because time is of the essence!
