I am a single parent, and mentor to local youth. Prior to being an NSA, I've gained an extensive knowledge in customer service and specialty in interpersonal communication and client relations, over 10 years' worth. Being able to turn my passion in being of service to my community, into a career, as an NSA, is truly a full circle moment. As I have worked closely with our community, I am proud to be able to serve them in another way and bring more opportunity.

I understand I am an extension and representation of you and as a result, I always maintain a punctual, professional manner. I understand the severity of having a keen eye, and completing assignments thoroughly, without missing any stamps or signatures. I offer genuine, in class service, thus providing a successful and seamless closing experience for the client.

I have overcome great lengths of adversity, and in doing so, I've cultivated a strong sense of empathy and compassion. All the while still keeping a diplomatic approach, and teachable work ethic. All in all, I am a lifelong learner, and I do what I love, and I do it well!
