I make sure that all forms are correctly filled out (Statement of Information, P.C.O.R.’s, Trust Certification). I prioritize in getting documents back to the office or FedEx ASAP, after the appointment. I do my best not to miss any signatures, dates, or notarial stamps as I understand that this can cause funding conditions and delay the closing. I take complete ownership in getting any mistakes corrected immediately! I have a high-speed document scanner so scan-backs can be provided for each closing. My goal is always to facilitate a flawless signing and be the best extension of your knowledge and professionalism at the closing table.
