Hiring me will maximize the probability that the signing will go perfectly! Please take note of the following points:

1) Proficient in a wide variety of loan types: I was extensively trained to be able to handle a variety of loan documents including, but not being limited to: Refinance packages, purchase packages, seller packages, reverse mortgage applications, out-of-state loans, home equity line of credit packages, grant deeds, and signings with Power of Attorney documents.

2) Detail Oriented: I will take great care to ensure that each signature, initial, and date are properly filled out by double checking each page found in the loan package during the appointment and checking for a third time after the appointment is concluded.

3) I will quickly and punctually resolve the rare mistake I make.

4) You WILL receive the documents back ASAP! I completely understand the importance of returning loan documents as fast as possible. I know the drop off times for all of my local FedEx locations and will be sure to bring the items to one of them as soon as the signing is complete.

5) I communicate responsibly: I will respond to any of your calls or texts almost immediately, will call the signers to verify basic information such as whether or not they will have a valid, unexpired form of identification before the appointment, and will call you upon arriving at the location of the appointment to let you know I was on time.
