I am a Notary Public with 20+ years of experience. I am a member of the National Notary Association and I am NNA certified as a Loan Signing Agent. I am TRID & Fidelity approved, I have E & O Insurance for $100k and I'm Bonded. I have notarized thousands of loans, reverse mortgages, HELOC's, loan modifications, Auto Loans, Identity proofing, 401k rollover, and other legal & financial documents. I do signings for all of the major lending institutions and title companies. I am a White Glove, VIP, and High Networth, and Private Wealth client-approved signing agent.

Previously, I worked for Chase Bank for 6 years in the Property Preservation, Loan Modification, and Foreclosure Department. I am skilled at working face to face with emotional, distressed, and upset borrowers. I am able to remain patient and calm, in order to keep control of the situation and ensure a smooth and accurate closing.

I provide a safe signing during this pandemic and I will provide sanitizer and a free ink pen to the borrowers. I will wear a medical-grade mask and gloves, as well as shoe coverings to each signing. I will conduct the signing where the borrowers feel comfortable signing; on a back patio, open space, inside of a garage or porch. I have a portable table for outdoor signings if needed.

I have a degree in Business Administration and I was an accountant for 13 years. I also have a current Real Estate Salespersons license since 1999, so I have extensive knowledge of loan documents, as well as purchase and selling documents. This experience makes for a smooth closing on every loan signing.
