I have been a Certified Notary Signing Agent with the NNA since 2000 and recently of the Loan Signing System. I am also a Realtor so I am very aware of the problems that arise if the loan documents aren’t retuned immediately following the signing. Because I am familiar with the documents I can guide the borrower through… the closing statement, the note, the deed, the CD, the PCOR, etc. I feel is important to send a Notary to the borrowers that is impartial but not uneducated.
