Sherril Coonfield’s experience in the Real Estate Industry has been a very successful one since 1986. Her influence with the many years with the public and many mortgage lenders has led her to path of Notary Public.

In 1986 she started her career has a licensed real estate agent She was a leader in advocating and promoting home ownership for all. Due to her drive and ambition and need to know more about the industry she became employed in the field as an Assistant to the Vice President for a very predominant mortgage company in Anaheim California.

As she progressed through the company, the company enrolled her into The American School of Mortgage Banking to further her knowledge of the Industry. This was a turning point in her career since she was able to further her career path by achieving a better understanding of the Real Estate Mortgage Industry.

Sherril’s 26 years of real estate and mortgage experience has given her an ideal background in the Loan Signing field. She was required to assist in all signings in her many years as a Loan Officer. She will perform Notary and Loan Signings in a proficient and professional manner for the satisfaction of her counterparts as well as the public.

Sherril also graduated from a Business College with exceptional marks. She has an education in the field of Business Administration. Her minor was in Advanced Accounting. She goes to exceptional measures to promote a good business model and paramount business practices and sound communication efforts.

Sherril enjoys hobbies such as gardening and art. She has a love of Classical Music and all animals. She owns a Maltese she calls Mrs. B.
