I'm very well-versed with loan paperwork (notes, closing disclosures, HELOCs, refi's, certifications of trust etc.). I am thorough, and meticulous with my dates, signatures and initials and I always triple-check to ensure all the 1003's and Notice of Right to Cancel documents are accurately filled out.

I'm a Loan Signing System and NNA-certified Signing Agent who can confidently walk borrowers through the documentation while patiently and effectively addressing any questions they have.

I strive to act as an extension of your business by providing the best possible signing experience. I do this by making sure the borrower feels comfortable and confident throughout the signing process. I don't miss signatures, I don't cause funding conditions, and I always make same-day FedEx drop-offs.
