I have been a Notary/Loan Signing Agent since 2018. I am very efficient and detail oriented; initials, signatures, and dates. I take very seriously the fact that I am one of the public "faces" as a representative of title, escrow, lender and/or realtor. I have the knowledge to guide a borrower through a PCOR, Trust Certificate and Statement of Information. My goal is to provide a pleasant experience for borrower(s) and be professional through the process. I have successfully completed over 2000 signings. I have received numerous compliments from signers on my efficient, well-organized approach. I consistently work to keep myself abreast of industry news and of any changes in notarial law and know that, while I'm required to be a neutral party in the signing, I'm also expected to be an educated party to help guide the signers through the process smoothly and successfully.
